Key West has an energy that you either get or you don't. We have always felt a call to the Florida Keys, but it wasn't until we landed in Key West that we knew we were home. Even if it takes time, being here is worth the wait.

Stephanie researches and tells the tales of the history she discovers on our TikTok @LivingInKeyWest. Greg hosts daily TikTok live every morning.
Before landing in Key West we lived in Gainesville, Florida after meeting at the University of Florida. Stephanie received her Masters degree in Business Management. Greg has his Bachelors degree Food & Resource Economics
We do what we do to help those who feel the call of the islands make the islands their reality. Whether as a full time or part time resident, as an investor, or somewhere in between.
We believe that if you feel called to be in the islands you should do everything in your power to make that a reality. Real estate is one of the biggest investments you will make over your lifetime and the market in the Keys can be very unique and challenging. Our role is to take you by the hand and guide you through. We stand right next to you and help you navigate the exciting process.
